The Central Pennsylvania Water Quality Association ("CPWQA") is a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of the knowledge of design, construction, operation and management of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities. The CPWQA is affiliated with the state organization - the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association. Eastern Pennsylvania is serviced by the Eastern PA Water Pollution Control Operators Association.
