Details: The CPWQA Board of Directors and Trade Fair Committee are pleased to announce that the 2023 Trade Fair will be held on Friday, September 13, 2023 at the Borough of Mechanicsburg Wastewater Treatment Plant, 842 West Church Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. This year’s Trade Fair will include a tour of the Borough of Mechanicsburg's Wastewater Treatment Plant. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS 8:00 – 9:00 AM BREAKFAST: A buffet style breakfast will be served on-site adjacent to the exhibitors. THANKS TO: HRG for the donation for the buffet breakfast. 8:00 – 2:30 PM TOUR: Borough of Mechanicsburg Wastewater Treatment Plant. 8:00 – 2:00 PM EXHIBITS: Vendors will be exhibiting their products and services. 11:45 - 1:00 PM LUNCHEON: A buffet style lunch will be served on-site adjacent to the exhibitors. THANKS TO: Eurofins Environment Testing for the donation to the buffet lunch. 1:00 - 1:30 PM PRESENTATION: Mechanicsburg Borough; Past, Present, and Future. SPEAKER: Curtis E. Huey, Plant Superintendent 1:30 - 2:30 PM CPWQA: Business Meeting, door prize drawings, and (2) $200 gift cards will be drawn at 2:30 PM along with other great door prizes!
